All recipients of your announcements must be registered Sell Bell users.
When you want to invite a user to your list of recipients, tap the button in the Recipients screen. Then enter a username or email address in the search field and tap Search. An invitation email will be sent to the user's email address.
When an invitation is not yet responded to, the user's name is orange in the recipients list. When he or she has accepted the invitation, the name turns green or blue. The name is green when the user accepts push notifications and blue when the user only accepts email notifications.
Sure it can. In the template configuration screen there is a button at the bottom called Rules. You can add rules that play different notification sounds depending on what value you enter into the fields when you create the announcement. A typical example is a "Closed Deal" template where you use louder, longer or just more awarding notification sounds when the order value reach above specific levels.
The free version currently includes the same features as the premium/subscription versions. The free version is however restricted to max 5 recipients when you send a message. This works well for a small team or family.
The premium subscriptions allow you to send to 10, 50 or 200 recipients at once. When the subscription period has ended the app returns to max 5 recipients limitation. You can re-subscribe at any time to reach larger target groups.
